As President and a partner at Teknovate, Jason provides strategic leadership and direction, drawing on a career that began in the copier and print industry and progressed into management and executive roles. He focuses on guiding the company’s growth while ensuring businesses have access to secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions. Jason places strong emphasis on cybersecurity as a critical investment, recognizing that while it may not directly generate revenue, it is essential in protecting the long-term stability of a business. He is particularly driven by the opportunity to support small businesses, helping them better understand their options and gain access to the level of protection typically reserved for larger organizations. Through his experience, he has developed a leadership approach shaped by a range of influences, combining both successful and challenging perspectives to continuously evolve. Outside of his work at Teknovate, he enjoys traveling internationally.

Bruce Tustin

As Vice President of Operations and a partner at Teknovate, Bruce brings over 30 years of local business experience, with a focus on aligning technology solutions with practical business outcomes. He approaches client conversations with a strategic mindset, positioning services in a way that allows businesses to reach their own conclusions, building trust and making decisions more effective. He emphasizes cybersecurity as a form of risk mitigation, helping clients understand costs, risks, and options in a clear and straightforward way. Bruce enjoys working with data and financial models, using a numbers-driven approach to help businesses stay on track and reach their goals. Through his experience, he has learned that reallocating resources effectively can often deliver more value than simply investing in new equipment. Outside of work, he enjoys fantasy football and aspires to travel to Italy.

Spencer Rodman

As Founder and Vice President of Sales at Teknovate, Spencer oversees the company’s growth, including marketing strategy and revenue development. With a background in business technology and experience as a sales representative, he brings a strong understanding of how to align solutions with client needs. He emphasizes the importance of cybersecurity, recognizing that neglecting it can have serious consequences for a business. Spencer approaches sales from a value-driven perspective, focusing on the benefits solutions provide rather than simply the products themselves. He finds the greatest fulfillment in the people he has mentored, taking pride in the careers he has helped develop along the way. Through his experience, he has learned the importance of maintaining a positive mindset and strong work ethic in achieving long-term success. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, golfing, and riding motorcycles, and looks forward to taking an Alaskan cruise.

Mike Reno

As Vice President of Technology and a partner at Teknovate, Mike leads the development and delivery of technology solutions across the organization. With a background in IT, business management, and document management processes, he brings a strategic approach to supporting and scaling client environments. He emphasizes the importance of staying secure, recognizing that strong cybersecurity and endpoint protection are essential to reliable operations. Mike is particularly driven by the protection aspect of his work, ensuring clients feel confident that their systems are secure and supported. Through his experience, he has learned that consistent follow-up is key to building strong relationships and driving long-term growth. In his free time, he coaches high school football and uses Hudl to stay connected to the game.

Andrew Hiler

Leading professional services at Teknovate, Andrew focuses on the design and implementation of technology solutions across client environments. Working closely with both the sales team and clients, he helps deliver solutions spanning VoIP, network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and workflow systems. With a background in hands-on engineering, he brings a practical and solution-oriented approach to every project, ensuring systems are both effective and reliable. He emphasizes the importance of treating IT and cybersecurity as proactive investments, recognizing that a strong foundation and clear visibility can prevent many common challenges. Andrew is driven by the opportunity to transform complex systems into streamlined solutions that improve how businesses operate each day. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, playing music, and spending time with friends.

Jaclyn Howard

Jaclyn is the Office Manager at Teknovate Consulting Partners, where she oversees finance, human resources, and administrative operations. With extensive experience across these areas, she helps keep the business running smoothly while ensuring everything stays organized and on track behind the scenes. She emphasizes the importance of taking a proactive approach, especially when it comes to cybersecurity, as waiting until something goes wrong can often lead to more complex and costly issues. Jaclyn enjoys helping remove the stress from clients by bringing structure and organization to their operations, allowing them to focus on their business with confidence. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Arthur Verweij

As an IT Business Consultant at Teknovate, Arthur brings extensive international experience in sales and technology solutions. Originally from Amsterdam, Netherlands, he began his career with the Royal Dutch Navy before moving into technology sales, including roles with Kodak Europe and leadership experience at Xante Corporation. He works closely with businesses to support IT strategy, cybersecurity, unified security solutions, and communication systems, helping organizations navigate an increasingly digital landscape. Arthur emphasizes the importance of securing core business systems, including email and domains, and ensuring a plan is in place to respond to potential risks. He values building strong relationships and takes pride in helping clients find thoughtful, effective solutions while always keeping people at the center of his approach. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active in and around the water, and following Alabama football and Formula One racing.

Kaitlyn Darling

Kaitlyn serves as a Marketing Associate at Teknovate, where she focuses on communicating the company’s services in a clear and engaging way. With a background in both information technology and marketing, she specializes in translating complex concepts into something more approachable for businesses. She has learned that effective solutions are not only technically strong, but also clearly communicated and aligned with how people work. Richard Wines

Richard serves as a Systems Technician at Teknovate, where he focuses on supporting and managing client environments across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, and overall IT infrastructure. His work involves not only resolving day-to-day technical issues, but also evaluating how systems are structured to ensure they remain secure, reliable, and scalable over time. He emphasizes the importance of keeping technology environments simple and intentional, particularly when it comes to access and security. Richard enjoys taking complex or frustrating challenges and turning them into clear, manageable solutions that help clients feel confident in their systems. Through his experience, he has learned the value of understanding how users, devices, and systems connect before making changes, allowing for more effective and thoughtful decisions. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, working on music, and staying active through outdoor activities and fitness.
